How the Prints are Made
Your print will be custom made to your order using one of two methods. The first method being Photographic, the second being Canvas Inkjet.
Photographic prints are made on our Lightjet 5000 Photographic Printer and Canvas Prints are made on our Epson Ultrachrome Printer.
Photographic prints are made on REAL photographic paper, no different to what you have been used to for years whilst Canvas prints are made on acid free Sihl Artist Canvas. The inks used are pigmented & should not be confused with traditional water based dyes as this provides totally superior quality.

Sizes
Size and mounting options vary from each Photographer to Photographer. If you would like something different to what is listed please contact us. We will endeavour to accommodate your wishes.
The sizes used on this site are generic pricing sizes for the purpose of listing a standard size. The print size you receive may differ to those listed due to the aspect ratio of the images varying.
We will give you the biggest print that fits within that generic pricing size.
If the print you require MUST be an exact size, please indicate this in the General Comments/Instructions Field on the checkout form, or simply use the Contact Us page.

Turnaround Times
The size and mounting options determine the time it takes to produce your print.
Below is an indication for how long it might take (excluding delivery time). If you are in a particular hurry, please indicate this in the General Comments/Instructions Field on the checkout form, or simply use the Contact Us page. We will do our best to accommodate you.

How We Dispatch Your Prints
We use New Zealand Couriers and New Zealand Post for New Zealand orders. For international users we solely use New Zealand Post. We carefully package with bubble wrap and/or corrugated card to ensure its safe arrival.

Want to Collect Your Prints?
You can collect your print from our premises if you prefer, just indicate this when checking out.

This means that the image quality and clarity will definitely meet your requirements. We have been in the business of making fine quality images since 1973, and we know our stuff.
